Kaye Hau is the Managing Partner of Stratenium Consulting, a strategy and management advisory firm specialising in corporate strategy, business growth and executive management across the telecommunications, media, technology (TMT) and digital infrastructure sectors within APAC.

For nearly 20 years, Kaye has built a career in roles across technology companies, telecommunications operators, startups, and advisory environments, including IBM, Singtel, StarHub and SPTel. She has led high-impact initiatives spanning product commercialisation, business intelligence, regulatory advocacy, and ecosystem activation for emerging technology. In her current capacity, she advises operators, digital infrastructure providers, and investors on strategic growth, market entry, corporate development, M&A due diligence, and business excellence.

Kaye regularly writes and speaks on telecommunications, digital infrastructure, AI governance, digital infrastructure investment, M&A and the commercial implications of emerging technologies across APAC.

Kaye's experience is grounded in real operating environments. She has successfully led high impact initiatives ranging from organisation transformation, new product launches, policy advocacy, and ecosystem activation for emerging technologies.

Prior to founding Stratenium Consulting, Kaye served in strategy, regulatory and business management roles at SPTel, PCCW Media/Viu, StarHub, Singtel and IBM.

At SPTel, a B2B focused digital infrastructure and platform operator, she served in the CEO Office as Director and Head of Strategy, Regulatory & Business Operations. Her work included corporate strategy, regulatory affairs, strategic investments, licensing, policy advocacy, infrastructure strategy, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. Her advocacy work resulted in positive outcomes on cross-border infrastructure diversity, and public funding to drive ecosystem activation of emerging techologies.

Earlier in her career, Kaye held strategy business intelligence, and PMO roles at PCCW Media (Viu), StarHub, Singtel, and IBM. She worked on projects spanning enterprise transformation, product development, go-to-market partnerships, and data analytics.

Kaye also provides expert services through selected expert-network engagements, providing independent perspectives on telecommunications, digital infrastructure, operational insights, and market development.

Through Stratenium Consulting, Kaye advises technology companies, investors and infrastructure stakeholders on market validation, commercialisation, growth strategies, digital transformation readiness, AI governance and venture ecosystem development across Asia-pacific. She is particularly effective in initiatives where there is no established playbook, bringing structure, commercial judgement and execution discipline to complex business challenges.

Kaye holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also holds professional certifications in Project and Programme Management and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).
