Permitted Website Use
You may use the website for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You may view Content and make a single temporary electronic copy only as necessary for that use. You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website to breach any law or third-party right.
Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by or licensed to Stratenium Consulting and is protected by copyright, trade mark, confidentiality and other applicable laws. Except for the limited use expressly allowed in these Terms or in writing by us, no right, title or interest in Content is transferred to you. “Stratenium” and related marks, names and logos are our trade marks or are used with permission.
Downloads & License
Downloading a PDF or other material does not transfer ownership or grant a broad licence. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use one copy for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not sell, licence, publish, distribute, alter, remove notices from, or create derivative works from a download without our prior written permission.
APAC TMT Notes
APAC TMT Notes are Stratenium’s proprietary thought-leadership materials. They may be cited in a non-misleading manner with clear attribution and a link to the original page where reasonably practicable. Reproducing a substantial part, republishing an issue, compiling a competing database, presenting the Notes as your own work, or using them in a commercial product, tender, training programme or client deliverable requires prior written permission.
Case Studies & Client References
Case studies may contain anonymised, aggregated or permission-based information. They are illustrative and may not be copied, adapted or used to imply that Stratenium endorses a person, transaction, product or outcome. You must not attempt to re-identify an anonymised client or disclose confidential information.
Frameworks, Templates & Tools
Frameworks, templates, checklists and tools are provided as reference materials. They may not be incorporated into a product or service, used to train personnel at scale, or reproduced for clients or third parties without permission. You may adapt a tool for your own internal working purposes only where the download page expressly permits it.
AI and Machine Learning Restrictions
You may quote short, insubstantial extracts from publicly available Content for lawful commentary, criticism, research or reference, provided that the quotation is accurate, does not mislead, does not imply endorsement, identifies Stratenium Consulting as the source, and includes a link to the original Content where reasonably practicable.
You must not use, submit, upload, transmit or make available any Content for the purpose of training, pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluating, benchmarking, grounding, augmenting or developing an artificial intelligence, machine-learning or generative model, dataset or automated system.
This restriction does not prohibit a person from using an AI-enabled tool to search, summarise or analyse a limited extract for that person’s own internal reference, provided that the relevant tool does not use the Content for model training, retain it beyond the ordinary processing period, or disclose it to other users.
No right to use Content for AI training or development is granted by these Terms. Stratenium may use reasonable technical measures and contractual restrictions to limit automated collection and AI-related use of Content.
Scraping and automated harvesting
You must not scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, mirror, index, download in bulk, extract, aggregate or systematically collect Content or website data using bots, scripts, browser automation or other automated means. You must not use Content to create or populate a competing archive, search service, dataset, monitoring product or training corpus. We may take technical measures to restrict automated access.
Redistribution and Commercial Use
You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, reproduce, modify, translate, broadcast, frame, white-label or commercially exploit Content without our prior written consent. This includes use in pitches, tenders, board packs, paid courses, client reports, newsletters, websites, social-media channels, databases and internal knowledge platforms used across unrelated entities. Permission may be subject to conditions, fees and attribution requirements.
Attribution and Linking
A factual reference to Content must be accurate, must not imply endorsement or partnership, and should identify Stratenium Consulting as the source. You may link to a publicly available page using a normal hyperlink. You must not frame, mirror or embed the website in a way that changes its appearance or suggests ownership, sponsorship or affiliation. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
Third-Party Links and Services
The website and Content may refer to, quote, link to or incorporate information, data, research, reports, publications, images, trademarks or other materials originating from third parties. Such material is identified where reasonably practicable and remains subject to the rights and terms of the relevant third party. Attribution or inclusion does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or commercially use that material.
Third-party information is provided for context and general reference. Stratenium Consulting does not warrant that third-party information is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose, and is not responsible for errors, omissions, changes or reliance on that information.
Links to third-party websites, platforms or services are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or partnership. Stratenium does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms or policies. Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms.
No Client Relationship or Engagement
Your access to or use of the website, Content, downloads, correspondence, enquiries or other communications with Stratenium Consulting does not create or establish a client, adviser-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership or other professional relationship between you and Stratenium.
No engagement of Stratenium’s services will exist unless and until the relevant services are described in a separate formal written agreement, engagement letter or statement of work signed by the respective authorised representatives of Stratenium and the client.
Website Content, proposals, discussions and communications before that time are preliminary only and do not constitute an offer, acceptance, commitment to provide services or advice, or confirmation that Stratenium has accepted an engagement. Stratenium may decline or discontinue discussions at its discretion.
Any confidentiality, data-use, intellectual-property, fees, scope, deliverables, liability and other engagement terms will be governed by the applicable formal written agreement.
Accuracy and Availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but Content may be incomplete, subject to change, out of date, or based on information we have not independently verified. The website and Content are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratenium Consulting excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from use of the website or Content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Stratenium Consulting and its personnel against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of Content.
Suspension and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access, remove Content, or change the website or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless Stratenium agrees otherwise in writing.
